1. Do you provide same day service ?
Yes we do for most single pane windows, as soon as you call you will be set-up for us to come by that day and give you an estimate.
Temper and insulated windows need a 3-4 day lead time but we do carry laminated glass to replace 1/4 temper and we stock most patio
door i.g.'s. If needed we can board up your opening while we wait for your glass to come in.
2. I have a double pane ( I.G. ) window and only one side is broken, can you just replace the one broken glass ?
No, this also applies to fogged i.g.'s. Your i.g. Is a sealed unit and as soon as it breaks its sealed or glass it is no longer good. Fogged or
stained i.g.'s can't be cleaned cause there stained deep in the glass. The best solution is to replace the i.g. with a new sealed i.g. plus new
i.g.'s are warranted against leakage that causes fogged units.
3. I have my own mirror ( or glass ) and i need it cut down to fit. Do you cut customers glass and can you do it here at my house
because its to big to fit in my car ?
Yes, if it is not tempered glass we can cut it to any size you need. We can also install your glass, but the only drawback is if it breaks during
cutting or installation we are not responsible to replace it. You will still be charged for the cut and labor, but there is a minimum chance that
will happen but theres always a chance. If the glass is to big to cut on site we can take it and cut it at the shop and return it.
4. If i just order glass ( or mirror ) and I'm doing the installation can you deliver it to my house ?
Yes, anything over $100 can be delivered for free with-in the city limits. Orders below $100 can be delivered for $10-$20 depending where
you are located. Anything else out of city limits please call to get a quote.
5. We are about to open our new store but we need to order a lot of glass work and need it fast, can you meet quick turn around times?
Yes, regardless of what type of work we can get it done fast with limited time. We can have our guys work long hours to meet your deadline.
But for colored storefront or any special glass it cant be done with a tight schedule. If you have any questions about this please fill free to
contact us, we will make something happen for you.
6. I need a tabletop but i need a hole drilled out to run some wires though, can you drill into glass ?
Yes, we can cut notches, shapes, holes and so much to glass or mirrors. After the fabricating we can also have the glass tempered if
needed.
